Christian Tech Center Ministries Awarded $10,000 Grant from Sorosis of Orlando Woman's Club

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ORLANDO, Florida (June 23, 2023) - Christian Tech Center Ministries, a non-profit organization which serves people in need with free tech services and computer equipment, has been awarded a $10,000 unrestricted funding grant from the Sorosis of Orlando Woman's Club. This is the largest grant award that Christian Tech Center has received since it opened the doors over one year ago.

"Sorosis of Orlando Woman's Club, celebrating 130 years, continued their philanthropic work by granting $10,000 to Christian Tech Center Ministries, a much needed organization for connecting people with technology," said Susan Piner, president of the Sorosis of Orlando Woman's Club. "Andre's focus and drive were apparent in his reaching out to us, and we are wishing his ministry much success."

"The funding provided is a huge boost for the future of our organization, and a recognition of how essential and important our work is for the community," said Andre Klass, founder and executive director of Christian Tech Center Ministries. "We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Sorosis of Orlando Women's Club and all they do to support local nonprofits and charitable initiatives across our region."

Since launching in 2022, Christian Tech Center Ministries has already given away over 400 free computers to underprivileged families and other nonprofit organizations in the Central Florida community. It is anticipated that many more will benefit from these services throughout the remainder of this year.

"This financial blessing will in turn bless many children and adults in Central Florida with a free refurbished computer," said Tony Boni, Mayor of Longwood and board member of Christian Tech Center Ministries. "Today was a great day for Andre and Christian Tech Center Ministries."
