New Collective Bargaining Tentative Agreement Reached

Joint Statement between the School Board of Seminole County and the

Seminole Education Association, Inc.

President Seminole Educational Clerical Association and Carlos Crispin, President Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc.

 

In the spirit of cooperation, the School Board of Seminole County and the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc. are pleased to announce that the parties have tentatively agreed to contract language and compensation.

 

ØRecurring salary increase for the 2023-2024 school year as follows:

o3.2% increase

 

ØFor the 2023-2024 school year, eligible employees will receive an experience supplement as follows:

 

For the 2023-2024 school year, eligible active employees will receive a one-time retention bonus to be paid to employees based on total verified work-related experience with SCPS follows:

•4-9 Years:$450.00

•10-19 Years:$800.00

•20-29 Years:$1,150.00

•30 Plus Years:$2,400.00
