Karen Kurta Appointed for Second Term to NAWBO Orlando Board of Directors

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. (July 11, 2023) — Karen Kurta of Karen K Photo has joined the board of NAWBO Orlando. She will be serving as their Director of Communications for the 2023/2024 term. 

Karen brings over 20 years of experience as a photographer, graphic designer, and marketing specialist. As Communications Director, she will oversee the NAWBO Orlando communications strategy, including keeping members up-to-date on organization news and events. She will manage email, social media, and website communications for the organization.

“I’m looking forward to contributing to the success of NAWBO here in Orlando,” said Karen. “I love how diverse their membership is and I know I can use my leadership experience in similar roles to help the organization grow.”

She was the recipient of the 2021 NAWBO Orlando Emerging Business of the Year award.
