Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital Named a Becker’s Great Community Hospital

Orlando, FL (August 11, 2023) – Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital has been named one of Becker’s Great Community Hospitals for 2023. Published earlier this month in Becker’s Hospital Review, the list features 153 hospitals across the U.S. known for providing clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a positive economic impact on their communities.

 Being the sole hospital in Central Florida selected for this year's list, Orlando Health South Seminole is highly regarded for maintaining a community feel while also providing access to the area’s most advanced medical and emergency procedures and quality healthcare. The 206-bed hospital located in the heart of Longwood’s historic downtown corridor has been serving Seminole County for more than 35 years.
