Universal Orlando Team Member Volunteers Reach Record Community Impact

Volunteering and being of service to the community is a core part of the Universal Orlando Resort culture. Each year, Team Member volunteers across Universal Orlando bring this culture to life by devoting their time and talents to serving, uplifting and making a meaningful impact in the Central Florida community. 

As these remarkable Team Members dedicate their time to serve causes most important to them, Universal Orlando encourages and commemorates their efforts with its Club 52 honor. The program recognizes Team Members who volunteer 52 hours or more in a calendar year, and in 2023, a record-setting 415 Team Members achieved this significant milestone.
