Long ago, the mid-way point between the winter solstice in December and the spring equinox in March was commemorated with the celebration of an ancient Celtic holiday called Imboloc. On this day, it was believed that the world, deep in the sleep of the cold and snowy winter, needed to be reminded that the seasons would again change. Candles would be lit so their flames would remind people that the sun, warmth, and spring would return to the land. On this day, the energies of the natural world were thought to be extremely strong in their transition. In honor of the shift from winter to the coming of spring, we invite you to join us for a celebration of the spiritual, unexplained, and the impossible!
Join us on Friday, January 10th, 2026 for Society for Historic Casselberry's 3rd Annual A Night of the Mystical Arts Festival at Lake Concord Park in Casselberry. The event will be hosted in conjunction with the City of Casselberry's Friday Food Truck event from 5-9PM.
Enjoy a live music concert and a collection of savory food trucks just steps away. Members of the critically acclaimed Victorian horror troupe Phantasmagoria Orlando will be giving mini-performances throughout the night. This is a FREE event that is open to the public with fun for all!
We're still accepting a limited number of vendors to join our exciting Night Market! We expect to have around 45 vendors selling their goods and services in the Night Market. No more than 60 vendors will be invited to participate in the Night Market so we can bring the best selection of participants possible to festival guests.
We seek vendors of the following types: oddities & curiosities, art, photography, jewelry, crystals, tarot, books related to ghosts, spiritualism, mysticism, New Age arts, and the unexplained. We also invite vendors who wish to do mini readings related to fortune telling/tarot/palmistry/aura reading, etc. We are also looking for bakers, confectioners, and beverage vendors who can sell their items from a 10x10 event space. Finally, we welcome a limited number of participants who are selling items related to the winter season and/or horror/gothic genres.
You asked, we listened! We are excited to announce that we have expanded our types of available vendor sponsorship.
Regular Vendor spots are available at a cost of $25. Vendors who choose this level will be provided with 10x10 event space, early access to the venue for set-up, and electricity if needed. All vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, and extension cords. Regular vendors will have their venue spot assigned to them by event staff.
VIP Vendor spots are available at a cost of $50. Vendors who choose this level will receive all the benefits that Regular Vendors receive. However, VIP Vendors will also receive the following additional benefits. First, VIP Vendors will be able to choose their vendor spots out of those available at the time payment has been received and participation confirmed with event staff. Next, VIP Vendors will also receive the following PR benefits: name and/or logo listed on event webpage; name and/or logo included in at least one mass email sent to Historic Casselberry email subscribers; name and/or logo included in at least 3 social media posts between December 1st and January 1, 2025; mention of the vendor name and goods sold from the front stage one time during the event by the event Mistress of Ceremonies from the front stage. Finally, VIP Vendors in 2024 will get priority reservation for the 2025 Mystic Arts event. VIP Vendor spots are limited in number and are accepted on a first come/first serve basis.
Attendance at the same event in 2023 had between 1500 and 1800 people. Expected attendance at the 3rd annual festival is expected to be between 2000 and 2500 people.
Please note that all registration fees are NONREFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
To sign up as a vendor, you must complete the Online Vendor Registration form, pay your fee via Paypal (please note that this is the ONLY form of payment we accept), and receive an email confirmation from Event Coordinator Deborah Bauer. Please note that anyone contacting you about this event that does so from any other email but the email listed below is a scam.
The 3rd Annual A Night of the Mystic Arts Festival is being organized and presented by the Society for Historic Casselberry with profits benefiting the Society of Historic Casselberry for the preservation and education of Casselberry's history.
