Join the Business Alliance Council for a monthly Lunch & Learn meeting on the 4th Friday of every month for important information for your business and the Oviedo community. This is another Seminole County Chamber benefit for you to network and connect with area businesses. After the program Rock & Brews will be open with happy hour specials for chamber members who would like to stay and network!

Jaysee A. Soto, HAS, BC-HIS, began his career in hearing care in 2013 in West Palm Beach, Florida. After seven years of experience and professional growth, he took a leap of faith and opened Altamonte Family Hearing in 2020 with a vision of doing hearing care differently: taking the time to truly understand each patient and providing the highest level of care possible.

Jaysee is passionate about results and helping people hear their very best. His love for technology and best-practice care has led him to incorporate advanced tools such as real-ear measurement verification, and electroacoustic analysis into his practice. As an independent owner, he also has the freedom to choose from leading hearing-aid manufacturers and recommend the technology that is truly best for each patient, without corporate guidelines, sales quotas, or limitations on the time and care he can provide.

Together with his wife, Grace, his partner in life and adventure for more than 16 years, Jaysee has built Altamonte Family Hearing into a true family-owned practice where relationships, great care, and treating people like family are at the heart of everything they do.

When he’s not helping people hear their best, Jaysee is busy being a proud Girl Dad to two little princesses, Camila and Luna. Outside of work, the Soto family is all about making memories. They’re proudly Disney-obsessed, love traveling the world, discovering new cultures, and, of course, eating their way through every destination they visit. They’ve visited more than 18 countries and are always looking for an excuse to add another one to the list.

For Jaysee, hearing care has never been just about hearing aids. It’s about helping people hear the laughter, the conversations, the music, the vacations, and all the little moments that make life so much fun.

Tiki Guerrant is the Director of Field Marketing for Spectrum Reach. She plays a key role in helping Spectrum Reach build a distinguishable brand that connects with local advertisers and agency clients in Spectrum’s Southeast markets. She is passionate about building brand awareness and creating marketing strategies to ultimately grow advertising sales revenue.
With a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Tiki has over twenty years of expertise in marketing and 10 years of media advertising experience. As a local small business champion, she serves as a “translator” for businesses by simplifying the complex world of advertising and helping businesses grow their brand by reaching the people that matter.
