Description
Take a break from the rush of the holidays and end of the year business goals and give yourself space to breath, rewind and reset. We will have someone from Sweet Surrender Yoga reminding us how to properly breath and relax the mind, Stretch Zone will work on the body, Homemade Healing will massage the tension out of your shoulders and back and I will teach you the healing process through art by having you paint your own piece to take home. All for a suggested donation of $25 to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. Men and Women welcome. Scan the QR code or see link to donate.
