Description
We've all had them - the nightmare client with a BAD attitude. Learn how to manage difficult clients and situations and not get caught up in the drama. There will also be a demonstration of helpful meditation techniques. Kitty is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping terminally ill patients and families find resolution.
