- You will receive an additional email and a text message reminder 5 minutes prior to the start of the workshop with the link as well.

- Be prepared:

"Know Your Numbers". If you have been in business for over 12 months, bring your sales revenue, clients and expenses by month for the previous year. Also, bring your 2018 or fiscal YTD Profit & Loss Statement.

"Know Your Schedule". Come with [at least] a general idea of any major business or personal events that will effect your business for more than a week (upcoming surgery, trade show, vacation, etc.) in the upcoming year.

"Know Your Milestones". What happened in the past 12 months that effected your business? The good, bad and ugly? Will these events repeat again this year?

"Know Your Fears". Gather what questions and anxieties you have around hiring, so we can address it! Others are feeling the same way as you!
