Join our Discussion on:
Gen Z in The Workforce
Generation Z (generally defined by researchers as Americans born between 1997 and 2012) is rapidly entering the workforce. Many of them are already working inside your buildings and maybe even on your teams. But what are the best ways to recruit them? How should managers hire them? How do employers retain them? Communicating between generations can be difficult. In this session, you’ll get tips on how to bridge the gap and overcome barriers so you can work cooperatively and constructively with the youngest generation of workers.
Featuring:
Hannah Dannecker
Managing Partner - Better Together Group

Hannah Dannecker is a speaker, author and managing partner at the Better Together Group of companies. Hannah is a Gen Z expert who specializes in talking to HR and front line managers about how to recruit and retain the newest generation of workforce talent. She is an author to many books including but not limited to the Wonder Workshop kids book series which explains different careers to children through magical adventure and her depute book "Well Shit Its "Time" To Grow Up" which is written for recent graduates. She is the managing partner of the Better Together Group which is a staffing agency across Canada and the US. Hannah is passionate about helping people connect to the work they do every day and find excitement in going back tomorrow.
