Christina launched ACE Human Resources in 2018 to assist small business managers and their employees with HR-related issues from federal and state compliance to severe employment concerns. Christina is most proud of her 15+ years experience in HR practices having resulted in ZERO discrimination or unemployment claims, and ZERO employment lawsuits!

In addition to Christina’s HR degree, she earned her Society of Human Resource Management Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP) qualification in 2018.  Loving to give back to the community, Christina actively volunteers at the Seminole County Chamber and on the Altamonte Springs Council Committee, is an advisory board member at the Seminole State College Center for Business Development, an advisory board member of the Central Florida Employment Council and has provided multiple educational workshops throughout Seminole County.

I have  27 years experience in the banking industry and proudly make every member interaction my top priority.  I grew up in Southern Utah and attended Mesa State College in Colorado.  I moved to Florida in 2013.  We are really happy to call Florida home. 
With my years of experience I have come to believe that getting to know your customer and what is going on in their lives will help me to make the best service recommendation.  At Midflorida our  mission is to improve the financial well being of each member.  From credit review to budgeting I make it my personal goal to help every member succeed!

Justin has worked in the Audio, Video and Lighting industry for over seven years and has a strong passion to see all events he does go off successfully and beautifully. He enjoys designing and executing events of all types from small breakouts and gatherings to large scale events. He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society and is Dante Certified. Justin holds a Bachelors of Science in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University. He loves to travel for events and calls Central Florida home, with his wife and son.

Justin loves to learn and implement new technologies. Colleagues have described him as innovative, a problem solver, and a good communicator. In addition to spending time with his family, in his spare time he takes on new interns and trains up the next generation of event professionals!

Everything in my career has led me to this point. I started my love for Social Impact when I started a foundation at my local High school which led me to gain an internship at Florida Hospital in their Foundation department. I have volunteered and helped dozens of Non-Profits create a start and grow in the community. I have spent over 6 years creating and working alongside businesses to help develop and create meaningful impact. I have spent over 4 years working with Non-profits to grow their organization and create new and creative ways to engage donors. I love what I do and wouldn't change my experience or my career for the world.
