Hi, I'm Howie Appel and I'm the Avon Man with Avon-A Beautiful You, where you Shop from your Seat...not from your Feet.  Avon is the company for women...and a few good men.  Originally from the greater Boston area, I went to Northeastern University   and got my BS in Human Resources Management.  I am a Vietnam Era Veteran having served in the USAF.   We moved to Orlando in 1986 where I worked as a recruiter (became resume & LinkedIn expert) for several firms throughout Central Florida.
My wife, Marla, and I started selling Avon in 2002.  She fought cancer for 17 of our 40 years together, passing in 2016.  Prior to her passing she asked me to continue this business.  I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. I met Vicki in December, 2016 and she has become my Partner and Motivator.

   In the event industry I've photographed over 2000 celebrations from parties to luncheons to seminars and including political campaigns.
. I traveled with a national trade show company out of Atlanta and worked 60 trade shows.
I've photographed 587 weddings.
For headshot sessions I have a portable studio system which works well in a conference room or large closet..whatever you have available.
I also have portable lighting for architectural interiors and exteriors.
Earlier in my career I was a tour photographer for Capital Records and Asylum and photographed artists such as Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, Paul McCartney, Sting, Ringo's All Star Band, Dan Fogelberg and Penn and Teller along with pre and post concert meet and greets.
