Wendy specializes in e-mail marketing, search engine optimization, social media and search engine marketing. She has worked for Southwest Airlines Vacations, both Cox Radio and CBS Radio in Orlando and the Lake County Florida School Board. Wendy has worked as an adjunct professor at Stetson University, she has also done guest lecturing at Rollins College, the University of Central Florida and ITT Tech in Lake Mary, Florida. Wendy is a guest columnist for the Orlando Business Journal.

Hi, I'm Howie Appel and I'm the Avon Man with Avon-A Beautiful You, where you Shop from your Seat...not from your Feet. Avon is the company for women...and a few good men. Originally from the greater Boston area, I went to Northeastern University and got my BS in Human Resources Management. I am a Vietnam Era Veteran having served in the USAF. We moved to Orlando in 1986 where I worked as a recruiter (became resume & LinkedIn expert) for several firms throughout Central Florida.
My wife, Marla, and I started selling Avon in 2002. She fought cancer for 17 of our 40 years together, passing in 2016. Prior to her passing she asked me to continue this business. I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. I met Vicki in December, 2016 and she has become my Partner and Motivator.

I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to central Florida in 1982. For years I owned and operated a home base daycare. Since 1998, I worked with Orange County Public Schools in multiple capacities, most recently as the Parent Engagement Liaison. I retired from the school system January 2021 and joined Collette Rance and The Retirement Resource Group. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
