We are seeking a seasoned insurance sales professional with a proven background in phone-based and online sales who can also be trusted to build referral relationships in the field during company time.

This role is for a self-directed, entrepreneurial-minded producer—someone who does not wait to be told what to do, understands urgency, and knows how to open doors from a cold start.

This position offers a $40,000–$50,000 base salary, plus unlimited commission and performance-based bonuses. Top producers who consistently hit their numbers can realistically earn $80,000+ annually, with no cap on upside. Your income is directly tied to your effort, discipline, and ability to produce.
