Requirements:

 

  • Must hold a current Personal Lines Insurance License
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an insurance account management role
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of personal lines clients efficiently and professionally

  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
  • Manage policy changes, renewals, and new business quotes
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries and claims support
