$10,000 Grant from The Brotherton Foundation Supports Christian Tech Center Ministries' Back-to-School Efforts

LONGWOOD, Florida (September 16, 2025) - Christian Tech Center Ministries, a non-profit organization which serves people in need with free tech services and computer equipment, has successfully completed its largest back-to-school campaign to date, in part thanks to a $10,000 grant award from the Brotherton Foundation.

Throughout July and August, Christian Tech Center Ministries hosted display tables at five different back-to-school events and festivals in targeted areas of need across Seminole and Orange Counties, where families seeking support would travel from all over the region to receive needed school supplies and sign up to receive free reconditioned computer systems. Across these events, households with a total of 356 children would benefit from the equipment provided, facilitating an essential direct means for their academic success.

"Whereas children tend to cherish the break in classes, the summer season has always been our busiest time as we help prepare the local populace for the next school year," said Andre Klass, founder and executive director of Christian Tech Center Ministries. "In today's modern day and age, our youth absolutely depend on having a computer to complete their coursework and maintain good grades. We are thankful to the Brotherton Foundation for their invaluable support in this project."

Since launching in 2022, Christian Tech Center Ministries has already given away over 2,800 free computers to underprivileged families and other nonprofit organizations and performed a large amount of complimentary repair services and training workshops, fostering personal achievement, self-sufficiency, and elevated quality-of-life through the provision of technological resources.
