$34 Million in Hometown Heroes Funds Still Available for First-Time Homebuyers

The Mortgage Firm is excited to announce that the Florida Hometown Heroes program, which relaunched on August 18th with $50 million in funding, still has $34 million remaining to assist qualifying first-time homebuyers.
Through this program, eligible buyers can receive up to 5% in down payment and closing cost assistance, providing a crucial boost for those looking to purchase their first home.
