Affordable Office Space Available for Seminole County Small Businesses

Seminole State College’s Center for Business Development offers office rentals, business incubation and access to no-cost small-business guidance.

SANFORD, Fla. — Seminole State College’s Center for Business Development (CBD) is welcoming inquiries from Seminole County small businesses seeking an affordable, professional place to work. Located at the Port of Sanford, 1445 Dolgner Place, Sanford, our Business Incubation Program offers multiple office sizes, with rentals starting at $295 per month.

Tenants have 24/7 building access and use of a shared conference room, break room and reception area. Wi-Fi, electricity and air conditioning are included in the rental cost.

The Business Incubation Program provides emerging businesses with a supportive setting, shared resources, and opportunities for consultation and coaching. Business owners can also connect with the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Seminole State College for no-cost, one-on-one guidance to help plan, grow and strengthen their businesses, and to identify useful resources.
