The Challenge:
The owner had been working hard for years but could not break through to the $1 million mark in annual revenue. Despite years of effort and dedication, the company was stuck at $675K with no clear path forward. The owner was frustrated and could not figure out what was holding the business back.

The Breakthrough:
After working together to clarify goals and identify the ideal client profile, the owner had a revelation that changed everything. The gap between where the business was and the $1 million goal was only $30,000 a month, the equivalent of just one additional landscaping job per month.

His exact words: "You have got to be kidding me! All I have to do is get ONE more landscaping job a month?"
That single moment of clarity, combined with a sharper focus on the right clients, was the turning point.

The Result:
The company broke through the $1 million milestone and is now on track to reach $1.5 million in annual revenue.
