On March 2, 1857, the founders of Northwestern Mutual established a company built on a powerful promise — to be pre-eminently the policyowner’s company. Nearly 170 years later, that commitment continues to guide everything we do.
 
Founder’s Day is more than a date on the calendar. It is a celebration of endurance, integrity, and vision. It is a reminder that our strength has never been rooted in rapid expansion or short-term gains, but in something far more meaningful: long-term commitment to the people we serve.
 
As we celebrate this legacy, we’re also excited about the future. Our team is looking forward to expanding our presence in Lake Mary, where office renovations are currently underway. We’re excited for the opportunity to further connect with and serve the Lake Mary community for years to come.
