City of Sanford Public Survey On City Owned Downtown Sanford Waterfront Property

The City of Sanford is excited to announce a public survey regarding the future of the beautiful waterfront property located in the heart of vibrant downtown Sanford. Understanding and addressing the community’s needs and preferences can lead to higher satisfaction with city projects and services.

We are seeking input from residents and visitors on how this waterfront property can best serve our community for now and in the future. This survey provides a platform for our residents and visitors to voice their opinions and contribute to the decision-making process that ensures a diverse range of voices, including those who might not attend public meetings are heard.

This property is situated North of First Street between Palmetto Avenue and Sanford Avenue, South of Seminole Boulevard with a portion of the block generally located north of Commercial Street between Hood Avenue and Palmetto Avenue, near the Sanford Civic Center and Seminole County Library/Downtown Sanford Branch.
