Collective Bargaining Tentative Agreement Reached for 2025-26 School Year

Joint Statement between the School Board of Seminole County and Seminole Educational Clerical Association (SECA), and Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association (NIPSCO)

In the spirit of cooperation, the School Board of Seminole County and the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc. are pleased to announce that the parties have tentatively agreed to contract language and compensation.

•  Current employees returning for the 2025-2026 school year will receive a $0.39 an hour raise to their hourly rate.
•  Employees that were hired on or after July 1, 2025, will remain on their current pay.

Ratification information will be forthcoming.

The School Board and the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc. extend their appreciation to those who made contributions to a positive and productive bargaining process and look forward to the continuing partnership as we build upon the excellence of Seminole County Public Schools.
