About the Role
This leadership position oversees daily operations, marketing initiatives, and scheduling coordination. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the community while maintaining the highest level of service for our clients and families.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee agency operations and ensure compliance with regulations
Lead caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and retention
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies
Build relationships with hospitals, assisted living facilities, and referral partners
Manage client scheduling and caregiver assignments
Ensure seamless communication between clients, families, and staff
Handle incoming leads quickly and effectively across phone, text, and email
Represent the company at networking and community events
Qualifications
Experience in home care, healthcare, or related field required
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Sales and marketing experience preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Tech-savvy with scheduling and CRM systems
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $52,000/year + high earning potential up to $200,000
$250 bonus per converted client
$400 monthly mileage reimbursement
