EXIT Global Realty is celebrating the people, professional development and international relationships behind its signature promise: “Local Roots. Global Reach.” The Maitland-based, woman-owned brokerage recently expanded its global perspective through participation in REALTOR® QUEST 2026 in Toronto and through the expertise of three team members who hold the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.

Co-owner and REALTOR® Kristina Peacock and Broker Associate Christina “Tina” Verstrate represented EXIT Global Realty at REALTOR® QUEST, held May 13–14 at the Toronto Congress Centre. The conference brought real estate professionals together to exchange ideas, explore industry trends and build relationships beyond their local markets.

“Central Florida will always be our home base, but our clients’ lives and opportunities do not stop at county, state or national borders,” Peacock said. “Attending REALTOR® QUEST gave us the opportunity to learn from professionals in another major market and create relationships that can help us better serve clients who are relocating, investing or exploring opportunities beyond Florida.”

EXIT Global Realty also has three CIPS designees: Wendy Wagner, Broker/Owner; Christina “Tina” Verstrate, Broker Associate; and Hugo Hernandez, Associate. Awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®, the CIPS designation requires specialized study in international real estate transactions. Designees gain access to an international network of more than 4,000 real estate professionals across 50 countries.
