MAITLAND, Fla. - October 21, 2026 - EXIT Global Realty announces that co-owner Kristina Peacock and broker associate Christina "Tina" Verstrate have earned the National Association of REALTORS® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, known as SFR®. They join Wendy Wagner, broker/owner of EXIT Global Realty, who already holds the certification.

The SFR® certification provides specialized training in short sales, foreclosure procedures and real estate-owned properties. It also prepares real estate professionals to work more effectively with lenders and servicers, understand transaction timelines and requirements, and support both buyers and sellers through situations that can be financially and emotionally complex.
