Compass Light Bookkeeping & Consulting provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, cleanup, and consulting services designed to help small business owners understand the financial health of their businesses and make informed decisions. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® Designation prepares REALTORS® to better serve clients age 50 and older as they navigate buying, selling, downsizing, relocating, aging in place, and other major housing and life transitions. The course addresses the financial, lifestyle, family, and emotional considerations that frequently accompany these decisions.
National instructor Brian Woods will lead the two-day program on October 8–9, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Participants may attend in person at Sihle Insurance Group in Altamonte Springs or join the live virtual classroom. Both options are $225 and include eight Florida continuing education credits.
The course is open to REALTORS® from all brokerages.
