''Florida Has Everything It Needs To Host The 2040 Olympic Games''

The United States kicked off an exceptionally busy decade of sporting events this summer with the FIFA Club World CupOrlando took advantage of the opportunity to score points by hosting six matches, split between Camping World Stadium and Inter&Co Stadium.

 

The Florida metropolis, known for its numerous theme parks, is now aiming to carve out a prominent place for itself on the international sporting scene and has its eye on a number of major events in the coming years: the FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship in 2027, the FIFA Women's World Cup in 2031, the Men's and Women's Rugby World Cups in 2031 and 2033, and WrestleMania, WWE's flagship show. It also plans to carve out a place in the sun on the road to Los Angeles 2028.
