On October 8, 2026, we invite you to join us in Winter Park for Glad Fi See Yuh, a Caribbean inspired exclusive supper club thoughtfully curated by Chef Shanna.
This is more than going out for dinner. It is an opportunity to experience Caribbean food and culture in an intimate setting where every course, pairing, and detail of the evening has been intentionally considered.

Guests will gather around one long table for a five course dining experience, with each course paired with the perfect drink to complement it.
