Hello, Seminole County Chamber members!

My name is Adrian, and I’m the proud owner of Proficiency Background Services. Today, I’m thrilled to announce something truly special. We are launching a donation for each quarter and will award a random nonprofit within the Seminole County Chamber.

This moment is incredibly meaningful to me because it marks my very first nonprofit outreach effort. Giving back to the community has always been a dream of mine. After six years in business, I am deeply grateful to finally have the platform and the partnership with the Seminole County Chamber to make this goal a reality.

I grew up in Seminole County, Florida, and as an underprivileged child, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of local nonprofits. Growing up in Sanford, I saw neighbors who couldn’t afford clothes or access to higher education. Those experiences shaped me and ignited my desire to make a difference. It means so much to me to now have the opportunity to pour back into this community, to help give the next generation a step forward that my peers and I didn’t always have.

Our mission at PBS goes beyond being the #1 LiveScan company in Florida — it’s about creating meaningful connections and giving back to the community that shaped me. The nonprofits here in Seminole County gave me hope, support, and opportunities when I needed them most, and I’ll never forget that.

Now, it’s my turn to give back. This partnership is just one way we’re striving to make a positive impact. By working together, we can help strengthen our community and support those who need it the most.
