Sealed bids will be accepted for the True Health – Sanford Facilities Projects (CDBG 25-26), located at 4930 E. Lake Mary Blvd., Sanford, FL 32771. The objective of this project is to complete phased facility
modernization, infrastructure improvements, and building system upgrades at the True Health Sanford
location.
The work includes multiple Statements of Work covering HVAC replacement, restroom renovation, security camera upgrades, storage shed replacement, interior renovations, painting, cabinetry and millwork replacement, carpet replacement, and clinical flooring replacement. True Health reserves the right to award individual Statements of Work, any combination thereof, or the project in phases based on available funding.
The Invitation for Bids (IFB) outlines the requirements for all bid submissions. The IFB issue date is March 26, 2026. The deadline for sealed bid submission is April 24, 2026, 12:00 PM. The public bid opening will occur on April 27, 2026. Pre-bid walkthroughs will be available by appointment prior to the bid due date at the Sanford location.
Attendance at a walkthrough is not required unless otherwise announced by addendum.

As a federally funded project, Davis-Bacon Federal Labor Standards, Prevailing Wage requirements, Section 3 requirements, and Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements apply. This project is funded in whole or in part through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through Seminole County. MWBE participation is encouraged. Bidders must be properly licensed and State of Florida Certified, as applicable to the trade or scope of work being performed and must maintain active registration in SAM.gov throughout the duration of the contract. True Health reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award in the best interest of the organization.
