J. Wayne Miller Company Announces Sale of Saxon-Clark Retail Center in Altamonte Springs

Family-owned commercial real estate brokerage J. Wayne Miller Company today announced the successful sale of the Saxon-Clark Center retail property at 445 W. State Road 436. The corner parcel was originally developed by J. Wayne Miller and Kendall Allen in 1988 and was acquired by CenterSquare Investment Management for $6.55 million in January 2026.

The 22,090-square-foot property consists of a multi-tenant shopping center and freestanding building. It is currently anchored by a strong mix of national and local tenants, including Leslie’s Pool Supply, Little Caesars, Saxon Clark Furniture & Design, Lawless Subs, ReBath, Metro PCS, Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center, Area 51 Smoke Shop, Japanese Day Spa, and Fables & Fur Cat Café.

Located west of Interstate 4 in a high-visibility corridor, the center benefits from excellent access, dual entrances, and strong demographics in one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing suburban markets.
