Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream And Orlando Ballet Partner For Upcoming Holiday Season

Local favorites bring the spirit of Orlando Ballet’s The Nutcracker to Kelly’s scoop shops with an exclusive flavor, festive menu, in-store celebration and more

ORLANDO, Fla. — November 2, 2026 — Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream is partnering with Orlando Ballet, Central Florida’s only professional ballet company, to celebrate the cherished holiday tradition, The Nutcracker. The collaboration will bring the artistry and enchantment of the timeless ballet performance beyond the stage and into Kelly’s seven Central Florida scoop shops, where guests can enjoy a festive, Nutcracker-inspired experience featuring an exclusive flavor, curated holiday menu, festive décor and a special appearance by Orlando Ballet dancers.

Drawing inspiration from Orlando Ballet’s iconic Waltz of the Snowflakes scene in The Nutcracker, Kelly’s has created Snowflake Swirl, a limited-time flavor that captures the whimsy of the beloved production. The cotton candy ice cream is swirled with ribbons of cake batter fluff, then topped with a shimmering glimmer reminiscent of freshly fallen snow. Its blue color is naturally derived from spirulina and guests can complete the experience with a specialty cone dipped in shimmering snow-like glitter, adding an extra touch of magic to every scoop. Snowflake Swirl will join Kelly’s curated collection of fan-favorite holiday flavors, including Clara’s Hot Cocoa & Marshmallows, Candy Cane, Ginger Snap, Coquito and Milk and Cookies.

For the holiday season, Kelly’s scoop shops will be transformed with Nutcracker-inspired decor designed to transport guests into the enchanting world of Clara, the Nutcracker Prince and the Sugar Plum Fairy while enjoying Kelly’s signature homemade ice cream.

On Sunday, December 6, Kelly’s and Orlando Ballet invite the community for an exclusive celebration at the Corrine Shop. Guests can be the first to try Snowflake Swirl as it debuts in shops and enjoy a personalized photo opportunity with artists from Orlando Ballet: Clara and a Snowflake ballerina.

Orlando Ballet’s The Nutcracker will take the stage at Steinmetz Hall at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts from December 4 through December 27, with performances throughout the month, including nine family-friendly performances. Audiences can follow Clara on her magical holiday journey through dazzling sets, breathtaking choreography and beloved seasonal traditions. Adding to the holiday experience, the Snowflake Swirl by Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream will be available for purchase at Dr. Phillips Center during Nutcracker performances.
