Local Senior Care Provider Expands Community Wellness Programs for Seniors

Stanley Saeed, owner of Amada Senior Care – Winter Springs, continues to expand efforts focused on improving the quality of life for seniors in the local community through wellness initiatives, educational programs, and engaging activities.
As the senior population continues to grow throughout Central Florida, Amada Senior Care is working closely with senior living communities and local organizations to create opportunities that keep older adults active, socially connected, and mentally engaged.
One unique program offered through Amada Senior Care is a complimentary YMCA membership at the Lake Mary YMCA for eligible clients receiving services. This initiative encourages seniors to stay physically active while participating in wellness programs and social activities designed specifically for older adults.
In addition, Amada Senior Care is developing several engagement programs for local senior communities, including:
• Line Dancing & Social Engagement Activities designed to encourage movement, laughter, and social connection among residents.
• Brain Health and Dementia Engagement Games that stimulate memory and promote meaningful interaction for seniors living with cognitive challenges.
• Health Awareness and Educational Talks featuring trusted professionals speaking on important health topics affecting seniors and their families.
• Safety and Independence Programs, including complimentary Life Alert systems and medication reminder support for qualified clients.
Beyond community programs, Amada Senior Care also provides personalized one-on-one non-medical caregiving services within senior living communities, helping residents maintain independence while receiving compassionate support from trained caregivers.
