Mechanical One, a leader In HVAC/Gas/Electrical/Plumbing, proudly announces the appointment of Joe Dalton as the company’s new Director of Retail/Consumer Services. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in various residential/commercial service companies, Dalton is set to drive the company's strategic vision in Consumer Services and spearhead its continued growth into new markets.
In his new role, Dalton will oversee day-to-day consumer services operations, lead business development initiatives, and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services to Mechanical One’s customers. His appointment comes at a pivotal time, as the company is poised for significant expansion and innovation, having recently acquired Energy Air’s residential division.

Dalton joins Mechanical One from SERVPRO Corporate, where he held the position of Franchise Business Consultant and was instrumental in driving revenue growth and operational improvements for the largest restoration company in the world. His background in organizational and divisional restructuring along with high level marketing and business development aligns perfectly with Mechanical One's goals of delivering cutting-edge solutions and outstanding customer service.
