Business Owners Institute® is thrilled to announce the 20th anniversary of our company, in 2025. Founded by Strategic Business Coach and National Speaker Jim Roman, BOI offers results-oriented programs, talks and training for small businesses and the associations that serve them. 

Jim works nationwide with businesses and franchises in dozens of industries, including property management, real estate, IT, finance, landscaping, contracting and digital marketing. His clients see an average sustained growth rate of 30% a year and a return on investment of 700-1,600% over two years.

Jim also works at the local, regional and national levels with associations, chambers and organizations like Casselberry Chamber of Commerce, Seminole County Chamber, Business Brokers of Florida, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Associated General Contractors of America (ACG) and Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE).

Jim says, “I’m driven to help small business people make more money, of course. But my true calling is in coaching them to have more time for their families, their friends, their communities and themselves, with less stress. Nothing makes my day like talking to a client who’s trying out a new hobby or planning a vacation they’ve put off for years.”

For many, the 90-Day Fast Track™ is their first introduction to Jim’s unique, transformative approach.
