Know in advance what changes can be made to an existing structure and cost estimates for renovation. Know in advance what can be built or is needed on a site to fit client needs and budgets.”  
A FIXED consulting fee of $200 per minimum one hour is charged per residential or commercial project. An additional charge of $25 or $50 is charged for a long travel distance within central Florida. (fees are quoted in advance)
A FREE consulting service is offered for a signed RESIDENTIAL renovation or a new design/construction/supervision contract with a minimum design/supervision budget of $750K (or more) and a construction/renovation budget of $3M (or more).
A FREE consulting service is offered for a signed COMMERCIAL renovation or a new design/construction/supervision contract with a minimum design/supervision budget of $1.5M (or more) and a construction/renovation budget of $10M (or more).
