Armor Up Recovery Homes Invites Community to Annual Beach Baptism Event June 25, 2026

Armor Up Recovery Homes and Ministries, a faith-based women's recovery nonprofit serving Seminole County and beyond, is inviting the community to witness and celebrate their annual beach baptism event on June 25, 2026 

This cherished annual tradition brings together the women of Armor Up's Freedom House and Victory House, their families, friends, and supporters for a deeply meaningful day of spiritual declaration and new beginnings. Last year's event drew an outpouring of emotion and joy as seven people were baptized, including women in recovery taking a bold public step in their faith journey.

Founder and CEO Angella Moore, a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist in long-term recovery herself, personally performs the baptisms. She describes the day as one of the most sacred of the year: a visible, public declaration of inner transformation, the kind of lasting change that sits at the very heart of Armor Up's mission.

The event reflects a beautiful truth from Matthew 18, that God rejoices over every single person who turns toward Him, just as a shepherd leaves ninety-nine sheep to find the one that wandered. At Armor Up, that is exactly who they serve: the one. The woman who felt forgotten, the family that nearly gave up hope, the child carrying burdens no child should carry. The beach baptism is a celebration that none of them are too far gone.
