Mothers who delivered at Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital Center for Women and Babies this past year, returned to celebrate the hospital’s one year anniversary on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
The moms, along with their families and little ones, posed for photos as they enjoyed the hospital’s one year community celebration in Lake Mary.
The public enjoyed a fun-filled day of activities which included free health screenings and a car seat safety station, a photo booth and giveaways.
“This event was our chance to give back to a community which has fully supported the world-class care we provide to Seminole County and Western Volusia County,” said Shawn Molsberger. President, Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital; senior vice president, Orlando Health North Florida Region. “Every day, our patients tell us how our team members go above and beyond to deliver the compassionate, high-quality care they have come to expect from Orlando Health. We remain committed to delivering that same level of care to our community for years to come.”
Since opening on January 11, 2025, Orlando Health Center for Women and Babies has welcomed nearly 1,300 babies into the world.
In addition to world-class women’s care the hospital offers a full scope of medical and surgical services, including cardiovascular, general surgery, orthopedics and a state-of-the-art emergency room.
