Orlando Partner Nicolette Vilmos Named a Litigation Counsel of America Fellow

ORLANDO, Fla. (Aug. 24, 2015) — Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced that Orlando Partner Nicolette Vilmos has been invited to join the Fellowship of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Vilmos will be formally recognized at LCA’s 2015 Fall Conference & Induction of Fellows ceremony in October.

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.

An experienced litigator and a partner since 2011, Vilmos is chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group and concentrates her practice on business litigation, including intellectual property and appellate matters.

Vilmos is an AV Preeminent®-rated attorney and is actively involved in a wide variety of professional and community organizations, including the American Intellectual Property Law Association, International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and American Bankruptcy Institute. She also serves on the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association’s board; the March of Dimes Central Florida Chapter board; and The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Bankruptcy/UCC and Bankruptcy Judicial Law committees.
