Proficiency Background Service: Giving Back Through the Seminole County Chamber Affinity Program

As we move into 2025, Proficiency Background Service (PBS) is proud to highlight our continued commitment to community engagement through our partnership with the Seminole County Chamber’s Affinity Program. This collaboration reflects our core mission, not only to deliver reliable and efficient background screening services but also to give back to the nonprofits that help shape the fabric of Seminole County.
 

Through the Affinity Program, a portion of the proceeds from every Level 2 Livescan completed within Seminole County is allocated to a community fund. At the end of each quarter, those funds are donated to a local nonprofit organization. To ensure fairness, the recipient is selected through a randomized lottery process, allowing every participating nonprofit an equal opportunity to benefit from the program.

We were honored to present our first quarterly donation to Covenant Journey Academy, a K–12 Christian school that is making a significant impact in education and youth development within the community.
 

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce that our next nonprofit lottery giveaway will be held on Tuesday, the 15th. We remain committed to supporting the organizations that make Seminole County a better place to live, learn, and grow.
