Sean Esler Named Among Central Florida’s 25 Victorious Leaders

Recognition highlights Esler’s work connecting small business, education, workforce development, and community service throughout Central Florida

Casselberry, Fla., September 28, 2026 — Central Florida business owner, consultant, and community leader Sean A. Esler has been selected as one of Central Florida’s 25 Victorious Leaders by Victorious by Design (VBD) Magazine. Esler will be featured in the publication’s commemorative fifth-anniversary issue, scheduled for release October 22, 2026.

According to VBD Magazine, the Central Florida’s 25 Victorious Leaders recognition honors purpose-driven individuals whose leadership, service, integrity, excellence, and community impact are helping Central Florida thrive.

Esler is the owner of Edge Consulting, where his work with entrepreneurs and small businesses extends beyond traditional business consulting. His approach includes encouraging business owners to become active participants in their local education and workforce development systems through internships, mentorship, advisory committees, and partnerships with schools and nonprofit organizations.

That philosophy is also reflected in Esler’s community involvement. His work includes leadership with the Seminole County Public Schools Business Advisory Board and participation in other school committees, sponsorship of the annual State of the Schools, support for local charitable organizations, leadership and operational support for Be The Change Today and initiatives including Be The Change for Seniors.

Esler has also developed an internship program that provides students with exposure beyond a traditional office internship. The program now connects students with businesses, industries, nonprofit leaders, and professionals throughout Central Florida, including the UCF Technology Corridor, the Space Coast, and the tourism-centered areas of Volusia, Orange, and Osceola counties. Students receive practical experience while developing communication, leadership, networking, technology, and workforce-readiness skills.

This same emphasis on community involvement has become part of Esler’s work with Edge Consulting clients throughout Central Florida. Small business owners are introduced to ways they can expand their own community impact by becoming involved with local schools, supporting internships and apprenticeships, participating on advisory committees, mentoring students, and developing stronger connections between education and industry.
