Seminole Chamber Expands Affinity Programs With Craft Financial Group

The Seminole County Chamber is always looking for ways to help our members. One of the best ways is to find unique programs to cut expenses.

Our affinity programs provide healthcare, EV chargers, printing, office supplies and more. By utilizing these programs, businesses are saving tens of thousands of dollars, with a percentage of sales returning to the chamber for our programming.

Now, members can save up to 50 percent on their credit card processing through a new affinity arrangement with Craft Financial Group.

"Nearly all of our members accept credit cards as payment, but are truly frustrated by the fees and charges required just to accept this type of payment," says Rebekah Arthur, president & CEO, Seminole County Chamber. "We hope by providing this option for our members, they will see real savings through their investment in the chamber."

Chris McVay, CEO, Craft Financial Group, added: "We are thrilled to partner with the chamber and bring this savings program to all members.  We have a passion for small businesses and helping them accept payments in an efficient and cost-effective way."

While Craft Financial Group is a new member of the Seminole County Chamber, McVay and Craft Financial's sister company, Colorado-based High Plains Bank, have a long history of supporting and partnering with chambers. McVay partnered with the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce to co-create their signature event - Unity in the Community.  

McVay and his wife Genessa, a Central Florida native, relocated back to Central Florida in 2023 and chose to reside in Seminole County for its great schools, its growing small business community and to be closer to nature. 

"When we launched Craft Financial Group as a spin-off from the bank and located here in Seminole County, we knew we needed to join and partner with the Chamber," he adds. "We couldn't be more excited to partner with and help other members of the chamber."
