Seminole County Public Schools Calls on Local Employers to Shape the Future Workforce at 2026 ''Pathways to Possibilities'' Expo

The ePathways department of Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) is inviting Seminole County business leaders to secure their spot at the 2026 Pathways to Possibilities Career Fair and Internship Expo. Designed as a bridge between classroom learning and real-world application, the event will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Seminole State College – Sanford/Lake Mary Campus.

SCPS is looking for employers ready to engage with motivated students who are eager to enter the workforce. Whether you are a small local business or a global corporation, this is your chance to:
• Hire on the Spot: Meet qualified candidates for immediate part-time or full-time roles.
• Offer Internships: Provide students with critical professional experience through paid or unpaid internship programs.
• Build Brand Awareness: Share your company’s mission and career trajectories with the next generation of industry leaders.

"Our goal is to ensure every student graduates with a plan. By bringing our local business community directly to them, we create tangible opportunities that benefit both the student’s career growth and the
economic vitality of Seminole County." — Allie Hilliard, Coordinator of K-12 Career Education & Readiness Initiatives, ePathways Department, SCPS.

Employer registration is now open at https://tinyurl.com/CTE-2026. Businesses interested in hosting a booth to recruit talent or share industry insights are encouraged to register early, as space is limited.
