Support Our Community by Becoming an Informed Voter

As ballots arrive in mailboxes over the next few weeks, make sure you understand the impact the penny sales tax has had on our community over the years.

Every 10 years, Seminole County voters decide if this funding source for our roads, our schools and our infrastructure is renewed. The Seminole County Chamber's board of directors voted unanimously to support the renewal of the tax.

Of course, we want to provide you with as much information as possible for your decision. Last week, a new website was launched with more information on how taxpayer dollars have been used to improve our community - and how they will be in the future.
