Shepherd’s Hope, in partnership with Nemours Children’s Health and Who We Play For, is offering FREE back-to-school and sports physicals for uninsured children and teens (ages 18 and under) across Central Florida.
This initiative supports student readiness, school attendance, and participation in youth sports by helping families overcome barriers to accessing healthcare during a critical time of year.
Physicals will be offered throughout July and early August at Shepherd’s Hope health centers in Orlando, Winter Garden, and Longwood. Contact a clinic location to pre-schedule your appointment for times in July and August, visit www.shepherdshope.org.
Community partners can help by sharing this opportunity with families, posting on social media, including it in newsletters, or connecting us with groups serving uninsured youth.
Please help spread the word so uninsured youth can receive the care they need before the school year begins.
