You built the business, and you are leading the team. You drive everything: the profits, the success, the problem-solving, and the decision-making. You are the person everyone depends on.
But what about YOU?
Who do YOU talk to when you are the one everyone else comes to for direction?
A business and executive coach asks the questions no one else is asking, challenges your thinking, and helps you see what you may not see from inside your own organization.
Here is the second of actual coaching examples I will be sharing over the next few months. Does any of this apply to you or someone you know?
Type of Business: Transportation Company
The Challenge:
The company was struggling due to recent organizational changes and leadership challenges. In the first six months of the year they had only reported $60K in earnings. Morale was low, customer satisfaction ratings had decreased, and associates were not clear on what was expected of them. Information was not getting from top leadership to the frontline team members. The business was heading in the wrong direction, fast.
The Result:
Within six months, the team went from $60K in earnings to over $2 million annually. The leadership team was honored for being a model of collaboration. Employees were engaged, excited, and working together. And to top it all off, the team was awarded Carrier of the Year two years in a row for their innovation, collaboration, and partnership.
From $60K to $2 million! Not because the business got lucky, but because the right people got clear, got aligned, and got to work.
Are you asking how did this happened? Is your team struggling with communication, morale, or unclear expectations? Let's talk.
