Did you know that programs like PocketRN and Rippl are helping families access additional dementia-focused support while allowing seniors to remain safely at home longer?
Both PocketRN and Rippl participate in the Medicare GUIDE Program (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience), a dementia care initiative created to support seniors living with dementia while also helping caregivers navigate the challenges that come with memory loss.
These programs are designed to help:

• Delay nursing home placement
• Improve quality of life for both seniors and caregivers

PocketRN focuses on a nurse-led “Nurse for Life” approach that provides families with consistent virtual nursing support, caregiver coaching, and respite coordination.
Rippl provides a more comprehensive dementia care management model using clinicians, care navigators, behavioral health support, and proactive dementia-focused care planning.
While PocketRN and Rippl focus on the clinical, behavioral, and care coordination side of dementia support, Amada Senior Care provides the hands-on daily assistance families rely on, including companionship, supervision, personal care, and caregiver relief.
Together, this partnership approach helps create stronger support systems for seniors, caregivers, referral partners, and care communities alike.
We would love the opportunity to connect and share how dementia-focused care partnerships can better support your residents, patients, and families.
