Ralph A. Suarez joins the firm with a distinguished career in pre-litigation strategy, complex claims evaluation, risk management, and litigation avoidance. A former Managing Attorney who previously supervised a team of over 25 attorneys across the state, Mr. Suarez has built a reputation for handling high-exposure claims involving auto, trucking, and rideshare negligence, premises liability, products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and negligent security.
In addition to his litigated claims expertise, Mr. Suarez is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He holds an AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the highest peer rating awarded for professional excellence, legal expertise, and ethical standards. He is also bilingual in English and Spanish, expanding the firm’s ability to serve diverse communities across Central, North, and South Florida.
