Three Non-Profits Receive Boost from Chamber Members

Throughout Seminole County and our region, non-profits are working hard to make our community an even better place to live.

We have nearly 100 non-profits who are part of the Seminole County Chamber, providing all types of services, from educational opportunities to pet rescues and much more.

This week, the Chamber and its members were able to help three of those non-profits.

First, the councils delivered nearly 500 cans of food to The Sharing Center and the Salvation Army. It was part of the fall food drive at all area council meetings from October to December and at the Holiday Party.

Congratulations - and THANK YOU - to the Altamonte Council, which collected 252 cans, the most of any council.

Then, yesterday, Proficiency Background Services gave his first quarterly contribution to a chamber non-profit, a portion of the proceeds from his savings program with the chamber. Congratulations to Covenant Journey Academy!

We hope you find a non-profit or two from our membership to assist this year. Click here to find a non-profit that aligns with your beliefs and interests.
